GETAI is covering an area of 30000 square meters.There are staffs more than 100 persons,and including the expert engineers more than 30 persons.GETAI already get the technology superiority in research design and manufacture.GETAI has established the oversea Technology R&D Center in Canada in 2015,and using the CFD Computer Dynamic Flow Simulation System to analyze on basis of the technical specification and the actual operation situation,and supplying the technical support for products type selection,capacity-increase and improving the efficiency,and solving the power station actual requirements;Using the finite element FEA analysis technology to analyze the hydro turbine core assembly stress,reasonable strengthen the weakness procedure,extending the working life with confirming the products using safety;Using the CAE computer analog simulation to simulate the temperature field,flow field and stress field of the casting,and make the progressive and reliable casting procedure to improve the casting quality.GETAI has dozens of high precision lathe,including φ8m、φ6.3m、φ2.5m，M4000H2、TK6920、TK6516、TK6513 Type lathe and CNC boring&milling machining center.Currently,GETAI already finished the solid forging,solid CNC machining Pelton and Francis Runner.GETAI manufacture level is advanced in China.
